Pacific Micronesia Lines a division of Triple B Forwarders Inc. on April 25 committed to sponsoring the upcoming 7th South Pacific Mini Games from July 25 to Aug. 4. PML will provide an in-kind contribution of freight services for sports materials and related items from Guam to Koror Palau where the Mini Games will be held.
Mobil Oil Marianas Inc. on March 10 donated $1 000 to Tanapag Elementary School. The money will be used to purchase school supplies and support educational programs.
Guam Curves in March held a monthlong food drive to assist Kusinan Kamalen Karidat which provides meals to people in need. The fitness centers in Hagåtña and Dededo collected more than 4 000 pounds of food items.
The Verona Chapter 1 Order of the Eastern Star on donated $500 to the American Red Cross for the Guam typhoon relief fund. Additionally the chapter on donated $250 to the tsunami response fund of the International Order of the Eastern Star. Chapters from around the world are raising money for Habitat for Humanity to assist those who have lost their homes.

The Andersen Chapel at Andersen Air Force Base delivered 24 boxes of food items to Kamelan Karidat homeless shelter on May 2. MBJ
