The Guam Premier Outlets received several offers from interested buyers Monte M. Mesa president of GPO told the Journal.
He said that GPO received numerous offers from groups interested in the property because of the value. "Servco Pacific [the owner of GPO] is in discussion with any potential buyer or purchaser that may be interested in the Guam Premier Outlets."
Mesa said Servco always receives offers from different parties but it will only engage substantial offers. "We always get people that are interested but only serious offers are entertained."
While he did say there was interest from potential buyers for the shopping center he would not discuss other details concerning the matter such as the number of serious offers Servco received. "Those specific numbers cannot be released " Mesa said.
According to Mesa Servco did not publicly announce any notices concerning the sale of GPO and that all of the offers were independent and from parties interested in purchasing the shopping center.
Mesa said GPO is "a premier shopping and entertainment destination. It’s a prime location attracting a large interest."
There’s nothing concrete yet. He said just like all the other properties people are interested in what’s happening on Guam now.
