The Supreme Court of Guam on Feb. 1 dismissed a challenge to Public Law 28-80 commonly known as the Natasha Protection Act which former Attorney General Douglas Moylan appealed in the Superior Court of Guam. The Supreme dismissed the challenge after Attorney General Alicia Limtiaco voluntarily dismissed the appeal.

The Natasha Act bans smoking in all restaurants and establishments that double as both a restaurant and a bar. Under the act smoking is allowed in interior bars that have an appropriate ventilation device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. MBJ
