Docomo Pacific donated 3,550 KN95 masks to Guam and Northern Mariana Islands frontline workers, including those from the following organizations:

  • Guam Homeland Security
  • St. Dominic’s Senior Care Home
  • Catholic Social Service
  • Kamalen Karidat


The U.S. Strategic National Stockpile donated more than 5,000 N95 masks to Guam Memorial Hospital, which had the elastic bands replaced by PPE for Guam volunteers.


GTA donated 10,000 face masks to nonprofit organizations and private clinics.


Triple J Enterprises Inc. hosted a scholarship contest for high school graduates of 2020. Winners receive scholarships totaling $3,000, $1,500 and $500, respectively, to a college of their choice.


Matson Navigation Co. Inc. and APL donated one refrigerated container each for the Guam Department of Agriculture’s COVID-19 Pig Hunting Derby.


The Rotary Club of Guam donated a total of 10,400 face masks to the following organizations:

  • Guam Medical Association.
  • University of Guam School of Health
  • Guam Fire Department
  • Guam Police Department
  • St. Dominic’s Senior Care Home

Rotary Club also donated $2,500 worth of food to The Salvation Army Guam Corps.


The People’s Republic of China donated about 10,000 medical face masks, 200 sets of protective clothing, 1,000 pairs of medical gloves and $50,000 to the Federated States of Micronesia.


The Guam Association of Realtors held food and supply drives at Maite Pay-Less Supermarket and Tamuning Cost-U-Less to benefit Catholic Social Service.


The association also partnered with John and Elizabeth Duenas of RE/MAX Diamond Realty to donate 100 meals from Meskla valued at $1,000 to families in the Mañelu program who live in Yona, Hagåtña and Mangilao. mbj
