The Pacific Basin Group of Rotary clubs from Rotary District 2750 donated $10,000 in continued support of the PBG Rotary Friendship Scholarship Program at the University of Guam.

 

The Federal Emergency Management Agency donated $11 million to the Northern Mariana Islands for personal protective equipment for first responders and medical workers, medical supplies and test kits for the ongoing pandemic response.

 

The Lady Diann Torres Foundation donated $500, for a total of $5,000 as part of its 5th anniversary goodwill initiative, to the following ten other nonprofit organizations that continue to make a positive difference in the Northern Mariana Islands:

  • Joeten Kiyu Public Library
  • Tan Siu Lin Foundation
  • Music of the Marianas
  • Center for Living Independently
  • Autism Society of the CNMI
  • Commonwealth Women’s Association
  • Northern Marianas Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence
  • Pride Marianas
  • Karidat Social Services
  • FitBeat Fitness Program

The Rotaract Club of the Marianas, Rotary Club of Guam Sunrise, Rotary E-Club of Pago Bay Guam and Rotary Club of Tumon Bay donated clothing, toiletries, masks, blankets and other necessities for the ‘Help Us Help the Homeless’ donation drive by Gov. Lourdes A. Leon Guerrero and Lt. Gov. Joshua F. Tenorio, which will be distributed to homeless individuals.
