The Micronesia Mall Pay-less Supermarket location has begun construction, as seen on Nov. 16, on a new entrance, facing Fatima Rd., which “will afford Pay-less customers better accessibility to parking spaces,” Katherine R. Calvo, CEO of Pay-Less Markets Inc., told the Journal. The new entrance is part of a $4.5 million redesign, according to Journal files. The 26,570 square feet of retail space will be similar to the Maite store, with floral offerings at the entrance and produce to the side of those.
