Fisherman’s Cove re-opened at the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa on July 1.
Back is a fully loaded Fisherman’s Market Display, as well as a live lobster aquarium. New menu items include Stuffed Coconut Crusted Shrimp.
Reservations highly advised. Two private rooms available.
The Fisherman’s Cove was busy when the Journal visited on July 8, with the larger of the two private dining rooms fully occupied. Fisherman’s Cove draws on the Hilton’s wine cellar for suitable wines (including MBJ’s crisp chilled Chardonnay) to accompany your meal.
