Cookware and class-action GRT lawsuits outlive rollback

Two cases – one a class-action suit – will continue past the gross receipts increase rollback and with the legal backing of the attorney general of Guam. The 2003 additional 2% GRT was rolled back on April 1. The rollback has no effect on cases that surround the tacking-on of GRT to prices at point-of-sale.
