When Guam called: Executive named to new position in regional group

Jose Ricardo P.R. “Ricky” Delgado, CEO of Citadel Holdings Inc. and Lamonte James Beighley shared with the Journal on Nov. 6 that Beighley will be joining the Delgado-owned group.
Beighley is executive vice president of strategy and business development with DFS Group, based in Hong Kong.
The Citadel group will be looking at major and aggressive expansion both in Micronesia and elsewhere, the pair told the paper. The group will also make additional investments in the islands.
