The A.B. Won Pat International Airport, Guam held a groundbreaking for the $31.1 million Apron & Taxiway Rehabilitation on March 29. The project is 90% by the Federal Aviation Authority and 10% funded by airport capital improvement funds. The contract was awarded to Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co. Ltd. Photo by Justin Green
