The ribbon cutting for the Branch Health Clinic Apra Harbor was held on April 25 at Naval Base Guam. The Cadell-Nan JV was awarded the $56.7 million clinic construction project in 2018 by Naval Facilities Engineering and Systems Command Pacific, with construction originally due to be completed in 2020, according to Journal files. A U.S. mainland-based company provided architectural services. Guam companies that contributed to the project included Dylan Mechanical Construction Services Inc., according to Journal files.
