He also spoke at the chamber’s luncheon about graffiti and trash along Marine Corp. Drive, and a joint effort by the Guam Chamber of Commerce and the Guam Visitors Bureau to pair with Guam Crime Stoppers through its P3Tips app, to catch offenders. The Chamber and GVB are offering rewards for tips from a fund of $2,000.
